Our team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes and a positive experience for our patients and their families.Responsibilities1 on 1 CarePediatric, Female patient, 4 yrs old, 02 24hrs, Autism, Risk for fallsTues & Thurs (3-8p or 3-11p) Open FlexibleSaturdays(9-5p or 9-2p)Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nursesAdminister medications and treatments according to prescribed ordersMonitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progressMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentationAssist with examinations, procedures, and patient educationSupport patients and families by addressing concerns and explaining care plansEnsure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environmentUphold all infection control, safety, and quality standardsQualificationsCurrent Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of CaliforniaCurrent BLS/CPR certification (required)1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skillsCompassionate, patient-focused, and team-orientedAdvance Specialty Care North, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
