Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate in the flower shop during normal business hours to ensure that great customer service goals and efficiency are met. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete daily deliveries in the surrounding area
• Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Create custom arrangements and floral arrangements for our easy-grab fridge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a flower shop or retail setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
