LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Employment Status: Full-Time; PRN , Pay Interval: Hourly , Pay Rate: $39–$45.26 DOE , Shift: All, Day, Days . A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The role includes monitoring and reporting patients’ condition changes, supervising CNAs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and quality of life. Key duties include monitoring patient condition, reporting changes, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements Graduated from an accredited LPN program Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred CPR certification upon hire or during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
