Guest Relations CoordinatorThe Guest Relations Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt, 12-month FTE position. The position is a member of the Traditional Undergraduate Enrollment Team. This position ensures the highest quality visits for all prospective students and families. All those interested are encouraged to apply and will be evaluated equitably.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Ensures that every guest that visits the NNU campus is greeted enthusiastically, provided with a top-notch VIP guest experience, and leaves the campus having had a positive experience with the university.Coordinates all campus visit registrations via the Admissions CRM system (Slate) and NNU website.Oversees and manages all campus visits, including scheduling admissions counselors, financial aid, tour guides, and other faculty, staff, and students as needed.Communicates with visiting families before and following their campus visit.Maintains materials, handouts, etc. for visitorsKeeps accurate records of visits in NNU's constituent relationship management - SlateAssists admissions team and student workers in maintaining the appearance of all admissions spaces and display areas and keeping areas stocked with brochures, T-shirts, applications, drinks, etc.Manages the storage areas. Responsible for ordering and stocking office supplies.Works with the Assistant Director of Hospitality, helping with group visits and campus events.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Sufficient skills, knowledge and training to perform the essential functions of this positionApplicant must be a Christian in agreement with NNU's mission and lifestyle standardsHigh motivation and commitment to the University, including the ability to self-start, be calm under pressure, meet deadlines, work without direct supervision, be able to multi-task, problem-solve, and relate to a variety of personalities under diverse circumstancesStrong Communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to maintain confidential information and filesOutgoing personality and able to comfortably interact with new people in a pleasant mannerExcellent organizational skills and detail-focusedA team playerAbility to represent NNU in a positive, professional mannerAbility to make independent decisionsComputer skills, including Word processing and data entryMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record; must be willing to participate in NNU's driver's training course in order to qualify to drive NNU vehiclesFlexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend activities, including picking up visitors at the Boise airport.Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of timeAbility to work while sitting, standing and/or walking for extended periods of timeAdditional Preferred QualificationsBachelor's DegreeSpanish speakingCurrent knowledge of NNU, including familiarity with classes and professors, is a plusCompensationSalary will be determined by the educational background and experience of each applicant.
