Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• One of the following is mandatory: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Prior experience (including clinical rotations) in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide support, resources, and education to teachers and caregivers
• Help students achieve their communication goals, empowering them academically and socially
