Part-time Merchandiser

Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines Ensure sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelēz' management team Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store Requirements Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment Ability to meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: East Liverpool, OH Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday Start time: 7:00am Availability for 20-30 hrs/wk Core Competencies Demonstrates strong merchandising capabilities through effective communication and relationship building, ensuring optimal product visibility and adherence to company guidelines.
