Support strategic transactions and research collaborations

Requirements

Licensed attorney with corporate law experience
Expertise in contract negotiation and drafting
Experience in biotechnology or life sciences industry
Knowledge of strategic transactions and business arrangements
Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
