Your Role You will lead your team from the front, supervising daily operations while working alongside your crew, ensuring quality service delivery and keeping everyone on track. You will coordinate tasks, address challenges in real time, and motivate your team to perform at their best, while maintaining high standards and building a strong, cohesive work environment. Requirements 21+ years old Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Supervisory experience (related fields preferred, e.g., landscaping, lawn service, roofing, warehouse, etc.) Ability to work weekends Experience leading teams in maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial fields, with strong leadership and accountability is preferred.
