Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department, supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Bethesda, MD

Pay Range: $36/hr

Shift: 1st Shift M-F

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to meet industry standards.
• Travel between facilities to monitor and support system functionality and perform scheduled inspections.
• Manage preventative maintenance, inventory control, and oversee contracted maintenance activities.
• Maintain HVAC systems through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and parts replacement to ensure efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Proven ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
