Cardiovascular Surgeon Opportunity
The Department of Cardiovascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible cardiovascular surgeon to join our cardiac surgery practice. This position supports a broad-based adult cardiac surgical practice, with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests, including surgery for valvular heart disease, minimally invasive surgery, and adult congenital heart disease, aligned with departmental priorities.

Qualifications
- MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Thoracic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
Exemption Status Exempt Compensation Detail The minimum starting salary for Surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data. Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details 1.0 FTE International Assignment No
