We’re a community-focused specialty toy store seeking a Lead Team Member (Keyholder) who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and is ready to step into retail leadership.

This is not an entry-level role . Candidates must have prior retail experience and some leadership responsibility. You’ll work closely with the owner, taking ownership of key tasks and growing into expanded responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and hold staff accountable to store expectations and company standards
• Maintain consistent merchandising, presentation, and operational standards
• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure positive customer experiences
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members
• Support the overall day-to-day operation of the store

Qualifications & Traits:

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience
• Proven retail experience (keyholder, shift lead, or senior sales role)
• Strong work ethic and proven reliability
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Patient, personable, and comfortable working with a diverse customer base
• Demonstrated maturity, perspective, and sound judgment
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Full weekend availability is required

The role offers exposure to multiple aspects of retail, including operations, merchandising, and day-to-day decision-making, while working closely with ownership.
