Company Description Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Brand Manager to lead and grow thePriorityPetUrgent Care (PPUC) brand,with a focus on B2B veterinarian recruitment marketing, increasingbrand awareness and consideration, andgenerating a strongpipelineof prospective partner doctors. The Brand Manager willbring the PPUC brand strategy to life throughintegratedmarketingcampaigns, social media,and industry event activations, with a strong emphasis on content, storytelling, and channel performance. This role will alsoleadthe stand-up and ongoing management of corporate social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to expand reach, engagement, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience in brand buildingand management, recruitment marketing, event marketing, and digital channel growth. They arestrong storytellerswho can create compelling content,leverage data-driven insights to strengthen brand performancetosupport businessgrowth andhavea passion for engaging professional audiences. Job Description Brand Strategy & Positioning Support and evolve thebrand positioning and messagingforPriorityPetUrgent Care, focused on attracting veterinary professionals andbuildingthe pipeline ofdoctorpartnerswhoareinterestedin building their own urgent care hospitals. Ensure aconsistent, differentiated brand presenceacross all digital and recruitment marketingtouchpoints. Maintain and evolvebrand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and value propositionstailored to veterinarianaudiences. Act as a brand steward, ensuring all communications reinforcebrand credibility, trust, andawareness. Social Media Strategy & Management Lead thecreation, launch, and ongoing management of PPUC corporate social media channels(Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) Develop and execute acontent strategythat builds brand awareness and engages veterinaryprofessionals. Create and manage a consistent cadence oforganic content, storytelling, and campaignamplification. Monitor social performance andoptimizeforreach, engagement, follower growth, and contenteffectiveness. Stay current onplatform trends, content formats, and audience behaviorsto continuously evolvestrategy. Content & Brand Storytelling Develop andoptimizeprofessional veterinarianfocused contentincluding social posts, campaigns, landing pages, and recruitmentmaterials. Lead storytelling efforts highlightingcareer paths, ownership opportunities, and the PPUCpartnershipmodel. Ensure messaging clearly communicates thevalue proposition for veterinarians considering urgent careownership. Partner with internal stakeholders to bring forwardauthentic stories and thought leadershipcontent. Events,BrandExperiences & Industry Engagement Support execution oftrade show and industry event marketing strategiesto increase awareness and consideration ofPriorityPetUrgent Care among veterinaryprofessionals. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliverhigh-quality, brand-forward eventactivations. Measure event performance andoptimizeparticipation usingengagement metrics, lead quality, and post-event conversioninsights. Support the planning and execution ofsignature company conferences and events for veterinary partners, ensuring a consistent, elevated brandexperience. Digital Marketing & Channel Optimization Partnerwiththeperformanceteam togrowthepipelineofpartnerdoctorsthroughpaidmedia campaigns(Google Ads, paid social, and more). Align brand campaigns withSEO, content strategy, and digital discoverability bestpractices. Use insights to continuously improvechannel mix, creative performance, and audiencetargeting. Analytics &KPI Measurement Track and analyze performance across campaigns and channels, includingengagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Partner cross-functionallyto connectmarketing efforts to recruitment and growthoutcome. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Growth, Talent Acquisition, Strategy, Marketing and Leadership teams to alignbrand and recruitment marketingstrategies. Use insights to continuously improvechannel mix, creative performance, and audiencetargeting. Support employer branding alignment to ensure consistentcandidate experience across alltouchpoints. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to deliverhigh-quality campaigns andcontent. Qualifications Experience in brand buildingand management, recruitment marketing, event marketing, and digital channel growth.
