About the job Marketing and Sales Associate We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing & Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic hatchery team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, customer engagement, and thriving in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms. Handle website updates, including managing reviews and testimonials. Coordinate magazine ads and other marketing initiatives. Assist with customer service during peak seasons. Organize and promote customer engagement contests. Develop strategies to encourage customer reviews and feedback. Manage the creation of the annual product catalog. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Experience in marketing and customer service is required , and familiarity with the hatchery or agriculture industry is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr BeDirect
