Manager Statistical Programming

Responsibilities

Lead development and quality control of tables, listings, and graphs for analysis
Manage programming effort and track completion of deliverables including ad hoc requests
Serve as programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams through regulatory approval and launch
Determine resource requirements and partner with management on staffing needs
Support hiring and provide performance feedback to team members

Requirements

Master's degree with 8-10 years of relevant work experience
Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Life Science with 5+ years programming experience
Proven experience leading programming deliverables within clinical study teams
Experience providing hiring input, feedback, and performance evaluations
Strong organizational and documentation skills in regulated environments
SAS Certification (preferred)

Compensation: $128,600-$210,000 annually
