Benefits Best pay rates in town 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios where you impact outcomes Flexible schedule, autonomy and work‑life balance Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University Online training courses to promote growth Full‑time Position Benefits: PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Short & Long Term Disability/Accident & 401k with company match benefits Key Responsibilities Provide home-based care under the supervision of an RN to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases—often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility Work with a team of physicians, RN’s, and CNAs to deliver quality patient care Examine patients, complete assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet and exercise Coach family members on the patient’s plan of care, medication and home safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure goals are met and plan for discharge from services Qualifications Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN and has a current GA LPN license Minimum of 1 year (LPN) experience in home healthcare HCHB charting experience highly preferred CPR certification, negative ppd screening or chest x‑ray Driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insurance Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion Able to pass federal and state required criminal / abuse background checks and drug screen Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
