Position Type: Full-Time
Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses
Base: $80,000 to $100,000 + Commission
Benefits: 401(k), health/dental/vision, flexible schedule, professional development
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop customized financial plans
- Provide expert advice on investments, retirement, tax planning, and insurance
- Monitor financial plans and adjust strategies as client needs evolve
- Stay current on market trends, products, and regulatory changes
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and value
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of client retention and satisfaction
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and simply
