They align loan products with client requirements and guide them through the application process. Loan Processor Responsibilities Reviews all requests for boarding & funding, ensures completeness and accuracy, boards new and renewed consumer, commercial and mortgage loans, processes advances, payments & payoffs on various loans. Manages loan applications and ensures documentation is accurate throughout the lending lifecycle. Loan Officer Communicates with borrowers, underwriters and loan officers to assemble file for underwriting, ensures all necessary documentation for approval is received, reviewed and completed in a timely manner. They originate commercial, conventional, alternative, construction, hard and soft money fix and flip or short-term, long-term and portfolio rental loans. Commercial Loan Underwriter Evaluates commercial credit requests, prepares and recommends credit authorizations, analyzes and interprets profitability, cash flow, credit risk, and period of repayment. Ensures loan submissions meet internal underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. Loan Syndications Associate Provides analytical and execution support to deliver customized debt solutions to the bank's commercial clients. Supports execution of debt offerings and structuring of deal terms.
