What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily operations of therapy and rehabilitation services
• Supervise PT and PTA staff, including providing evaluations for PTs
• Develop and implement therapy programs aligned with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas and federal healthcare regulations
• Manage staffing schedules, budgeting, and operational improvements
• Support staff and patient education efforts in both inpatient and outpatient settings

What You Need
Required:

• Active Arkansas PT License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• NPI number
• 2-5 years management experience in therapy settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems (preferably Trubridge/CPSI)

Preferred:

• Experience in rural or critical access hospitals
• Comfort with floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads
• Experience with EMR/documentation systems (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment

About the Assignment
This position oversees therapy and rehabilitation services within a dedicated facility in Hope, Arkansas. The role combines clinical leadership with operational management, supporting high-quality patient care across inpatient swing bed and outpatient therapy programs. The Director will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve therapy programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate patient outcomes.
