RN Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN)Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a one-year contract opportunity at a homeless health clinic in Chattanooga, TN. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic, including patient assessments, care coordination, health education, and clinical support for underserved and vulnerable populations.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care and comprehensive patient assessments.Perform patient triage, specimen collection, medication administration, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.Coordinate patient care, provide health education, and assist with chronic disease management.Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.Connect patients with appropriate medical, behavioral health, and community resources.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Current CPR certification required.Valid driver's license required.Experience working with underserved, vulnerable, or high-risk populations preferred.Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred.Why Join Sirius Staffing?Make a meaningful impact in the lives of underserved individuals.Supportive and collaborative healthcare team.Competitive pay.Weekly pay and benefits available for eligible employees.Sirius Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
