Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees daily logistics operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Responsibilities include managing transportation schedules, optimizing routes, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring accurate inventory levels to meet demand. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with procurement and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues, maintain service quality, and support cost-effective supply chain processes. The role also involves analyzing logistics performance data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee end-to-end movement of goods and optimize operational efficiency. Experience with Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock levels, support demand planning, and reduce waste or shortages. Knowledge of Procurement processes to coordinate with suppliers, manage purchasing activities, and support cost-effective sourcing. Customer Service skills to address delivery inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners. Ability to analyze data, use logistics or ERP software, and develop process improvements for routing, scheduling, and inventory control. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
