Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Cardiology

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting a full‑time (1.0 FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP). This collegial, hard‑working group of physicians and advanced practitioners provides interventional, non‑interventional, and electrophysiology services. The Cardiology Division is well recognized among its peers for outstanding quality data, excellence in care, and service to patients throughout our 18‑county service area. Requirements Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Strong preference for post‑education experience in cardiology or related internal medicine areas; new graduates considered based on strong clinical rotations in cardiology. Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant Opportunity Join a collegial, hard‑working group of 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners The new provider will work in the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic at the SSM Health Outpatient Center Outpatient‑focused, clinic‑based practice, including new and established patient visits Anticipated hours Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. No call or weekends The practice is conveniently based on the campus of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital Location The CHF clinic is located at the SSM Health Outpatient Center, which is on the campus of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
