Responsibilities Coordinate special part orders with manufactures and diligently follow up to ensure parts are received as quickly as possible. Analyze service log to determine the physical customer units on the lot and whose partshave been received. Assist withorganizing and managing the parts shelves. Participate in daily service meetings. Provide constant communicationwith service managers,advisors, special order parts team and manufacturers. Confirm parts are charged to work order, prior to being placed into the customer unit. Ensure part orders are correct and undamaged. Communicate with manufacturer and returns parts if applicable. Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Previous retail or wholesale parts experience, preferably within the automotive or RV parts industry. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Detail oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge with experience with Microsoft Excel. Familiaritywith Bridgespeak software is desirable. Reliable and strong work ethicis a must. Must be able to communicate thoroughly and effectively. Valid driver’s license.
