Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join their client's team in Somerset, NJ. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong typing skills and attention to detail who are looking to grow within a reputable company. The position is 100% onsite and offers comprehensive training, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established workflow to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Prioritize and process all incoming customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Verify accuracy of data, enter data into the system, add notes, and generate production tickets.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong typing and keyboard skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to read small print and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with typing 40-60 WPM with 95% accuracy is ideal
• Ability to type and communicate effectively in English.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.92. The assignment is open-ended based on performance and business needs. Background checks are required.
