You will evaluate the progress of workers in terms of interest, cooperation, assimilation of basic fundamentals and theory, and practical application of work methods.

You will assure safety and housekeeping rules are followed.

You will check work in progress or finished to confirm instructions, work sequencing, procedures, methods and deadlines are met.

You will ensure availability of plans, blueprints, materials, and tools.

You will report to supervisors/customers on status and progress of work, and causes of work delays.

You will offer counsel and guidance to those striving to improve performance training.

You will use trade techniques to safely set up machinery and equipment.

You will conduct training to update, improve, or upgrade the knowledge and skills of others.

Requirements Conditions of Employment

Must be a US Citizen.

Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.

Qualifications
