The professional engages with patients primarily through virtual channels, including telephonic, video, secure messaging, email, and SMS, and provides in-person education only when covering territory vacancies and/or LOA to maintain seamless program coverage and compliance./ppJob Qualifications/pulliActive RN license in good standing (compact multi-state preferred); may be required to obtain additional licensure in multiple states; bachelors degree or BSN preferred./liliMust possess or be willing to obtain a California RN Licensure if residing in the Mountain or Pacific time zone/liliMust reside within the specific geography/liliAt least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings; nurse educator background a plus/liliBilingual in English/Spanish and prior Ambassador experience desirable./liliExceptional communication, organization, and time management skills, including experience managing multiple territories and prioritizing projects and deadlines./liliProficient in virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology/liliAbility to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments and coverage as needed; valid drivers license required./liliFlexible availability for evening and weekend work/liliPrivate designated workspace at home required./liliFlexibility to work weekends and evenings./li/ulpKey Responsibilities/pulliDeliver remote patient education, including medication administration training and adherence support, via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms./liliProvide in-person support and education exclusively during coverage of territory vacancies, such as home visits and other approved designated locations, maintaining privacy and high educational standards./liliFacilitate connections to program-approved resources and encourage dialogue between patients and healthcare providers./liliMaintain accurate documentation, follow approved protocols, and uphold KPIs and compliance standards./liliCollaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership, participate in training sessions and strategic planning, and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members as needed./liliCoordinate and facilitate the connection between patients and program-approved, patient-based resources./liliProvide educational training to patients on specific disease states and prescribed medication./liliProvide patient-focused education to empower patients to adhere to specific treatment compliance as directed by their HCP./liliFoster appropriate dialogue between patient and health care provider/li/ulpAdditional Responsibilities/pulliSupport patients throughout their treatment journey, addressing access barriers and promoting behavioral change for optimal health outcomes./liliParticipate in ongoing professional development, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives./liliAdhere strictly to program guidelines, ensuring non-clinical and educational interactions with patients./liliUphold territory-specific targets and compliance with company and regulatory standards./li/ulpThis is an educational, non-clinical position.
