MSL Field Medical Director, Oncology - Northeast

Regional Field Medical Leader responsible for managing and developing Field Medical teams in oncology, translating medical strategy into regional execution, and ensuring high-quality scientific engagement with healthcare professionals across the Northeast territory.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Field Medical Team members on non-promotional scientific engagement in multiple myeloma
- Translate medical strategy into regional field priorities, execution plans, and compliance standards
- Review and elevate field-identified healthcare professional perspectives and Scientific Intelligence
- Monitor regional field activity, Scientific Intelligence quality, and performance trends for improvement opportunities
- Support talent development, onboarding, succession planning, and conduct field ride observations with MSLs
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Field Medical, Medical Affairs, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience with field-based scientific professionals
- Ability to translate medical strategy into field execution and performance standards
- Experience interpreting field insights to inform medical and evidence planning
- Cross-functional collaboration experience within Medical Affairs and In-Field Teams
