Family Medicine physician job in Florida : Callahan is a small town in northeastern Florida known for its quiet, rural atmosphere and convenient location. It offers a relaxed pace of life with local shops, parks, and easy access to outdoor spaces. Jacksonville is a short drive away, providing additional dining, shopping, and coastal amenities.

- 8 am - 5 pm schedule with excellent work-life balance
- Minimal call schedule shared among providers statewide
- RN call center handles calls, only urgent cases reach physician
- See 10 - 12 patients daily in senior primary care
- Value-based care experience preferred
- eClinicalWorks and HEDIS experience valued
- Board-certified or board-eligible required
- DEA license required
- Our services are free for you
