Position Summary

• Provides patient care through evaluation/re-evaluation, treatment, communication, and appropriate documentation
• Participates in departmental/team/organizational quality improvement activities
• Delegates appropriate tasks to assistants, technicians, and supervises
• Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, students, community members and assists with new employee orientation
• Assists with or performs special projects and/or research

Minimum Requirements
College Degree (4 yrs)
Major: Physical Therapy

Five years and less than 10 years of licensure.
