Adult Supervisor

On behalf of our client, Noor Staffing Group is currently seeking Adult Supervisors in Sheboygan and the East Central Region of WI. Our client is currently working with the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, Bureau of Commercial Tobacco Prevention and Treatment Program, on an important study called the 2026 Retail Tobacco Compliance Check Survey throughout Wisconsin.

The Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services has contracted with our client to carry out this survey to monitor the sale of tobacco products to minors. Federal law requires that all states comply with section 1926 of the Public Health Service Act. In order to do this, Wisconsin must collect scientific survey data detailing any trends in tobacco sales to underage youth over the next several years.

This is where we need your help! We are seeking adults (21 and over) who are able to recruit and help train 4 individuals (two males and two females) ages 17-20 to work as part of a survey team. You will receive paid training on survey protocol and travel to between 30 and 110 preassigned locations (such as gas stations, restaurants, supper clubs, etc.) in counties near you. Pay for this position is $21-22 per hour, plus a meal per diem for day-long activities.

Responsibilities of an Adult Supervisor:

• Be available to work during the entire month of June and early July until locations are completed.
• Be organized and detailed oriented.
• Work with Noor to help recruit and train 4 Youth Inspectors to work as part of a survey team and assist with their new hire paperwork.
• At each location, the Youth Inspectors will attempt to purchase tobacco products and then return to the car, where the supervisor will fill out a brief survey form. Then they will travel to the next destination.
• Collect all project materials and return to our client at the end of the data collection period.
• Be resourceful, dependable, possess excellent communication skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation (daily travel only, no overnight stays required)
• The bulk of the hours will probably be traveling time, as the locations are randomly selected and may be in rural areas.
• Adult supervisors have typically worked 40 to 80 hours total over a period of 4 weeks to complete their assigned survey locations.
• It is important to note that this is simply data collection - there is no penalty to the vendors
