Trailhead Physical Therapy The Physical Therapy Career You Want You will spend most of your time directly with patients , building treatment plans and delivering hands-on care. You will work with a range of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and neurological cases. No two days look exactly the same. Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and specialty modalities Educate patients and families on their recovery, home programs, and injury prevention Track progress and adjust plans as patients progress Collaborate with your teammates on complex or challenging cases Maintain clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state and federal requirements using state of the art AI technology Your First 90 Days We do not throw people in the deep end.
