Senior Financial Analyst

A partner of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the business. This role sits at the intersection of finance and accounting, with a heavier focus on financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting, while also supporting day-to-day accounting activities.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in Excel-driven environments, and is comfortable building structure within manual processes as the organization continues to scale and evolve its financial systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, data analysis, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
