Director of Emergency Services (RN)

Career Land Center is hiring on behalf of a healthcare organization in Lake Havasu City, AZ for a Director of Emergency Services (RN), a mid-level leadership position overseeing the operational and clinical functions of the Emergency Department.

The Role
This director leads and manages emergency department nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care. The position requires hands-on oversight of ED operations combined with strategic leadership, policy development, and ongoing quality improvement efforts. The director works on-site and serves as a key clinical and administrative leader within the emergency services division.

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school required
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care certifications required
• Emergency Department nursing experience and proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department required
• Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field preferred
