Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12:00-12:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications: Current BLS certification upon hire, Current ACLS certification, PALS preferred Must-Have: One year previous OR, Pre-OP, PACU or related experience preferred Description: The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, evaluating, and delivering safe, appropriate care. This care is to be delivered within the scope of their practice to patients in the Operating Room. Education and training requirements include a current RN license. BLS certification is required upon hire. ACLS certification is also required, with PALS preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of previous experience in an OR, Pre-OP, PACU or related setting. Schedule will consist of day shifts, with varying hours. On-call duties may be required.
