We’re looking for a Customer Success and Retention Specialist to respond to digital customer requests, coordinate follow-up, assist with scheduling, support retention efforts, and work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer requests through email, website forms, digital agents, and other online channels.

• Assist with escalated customer concerns and coordinate follow-up.

• Support online scheduling, priority service calls, and maintenance visits.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details in ServiceTitan.

• Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the customer experience.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and improve digital processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical industry strongly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of digital customer inquiries.

• Comfortable learning technology and CRM systems. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

• Customer-focused with a professional and approachable communication style.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Full-time, in-office position in Braselton, GA , with flexibility needed to support peak customer service hours.
