Member Experience Specialist (Sales Associate) Orangetheory Fitness Franklin

Pay: $14-$16/hr base + commission
Schedule:
Morning: 4:30 AM 12:30 PM
Evening: 12:30 PM 7:00 PM (MF)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM 1:00 PM
Must be available for either shift and weekends

What Youll Do

This role blends customer experience + sales performance :

• Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members
• Confidently present and sell gym memberships , guiding prospects to the right fit
• Follow up on leads, make calls, and book intro classes not afraid of the phones
• Consistently ask for the sale and close memberships
• Support coaches and ensure a seamless studio experience during classes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Represent Orangetheory at community events and outreach opportunities

Experience Preferred:

• Sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Experience selling memberships, fitness services, or similar is a plus
