You will work as one Experience Design Group to deliver a balance of design excellence. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements9+ years of professional design experience, ideally in consumer electronics, lifestyle productsStrong portfolio demonstrating packaging concepts, dieline development, mockups, and final production ready workAdvanced-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills with tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent and solid understanding of materials, print and prepress processes, color management, and manufacturing constraintsPractical experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visualization, rendering, or motion workflows while maintaining brand consistency and production feasibilityDesirable RequirementsBachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related fieldCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
