Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role develops sourcing strategies, supports recruiting process improvements, and provides guidance on recruiting best practices while ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. The position serves as a subject matter expert for recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition systems. Performs work under minimal supervision.What You’ll Do: Owns full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positionsDevelops and executes advanced sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill positionsProvides consultative support to hiring managers on recruiting market trends, candidate strategies, and difficult-to-fill positionsConducts candidate screening, interviewing, and selection coordination activitiesServes as a subject matter expert for recruiting systems, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition processesAnalyzes recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and sourcing effectiveness to recommend process improvements and support workforce planning initiativesCoordinates recruitment marketing campaigns, networking initiatives, and recruiting eventsMaintains compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting proceduresBuilds and maintains candidate pipelines for critical business functionsEvaluates and recommends process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experiencePartners and coordinates with the Human Resources Business Partners throughout the interview, selection, and onboarding process.Provides guidance and informal mentorship to Talent Acquisition teammates on sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate engagement best practicesSupports diversity recruiting initiatives, college recruiting programs, and strategic sourcing effortsAssists with vendor relationships, recruiting tools, and external recruiting resourcesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or professional roles preferred.Skills & Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of relevant recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or professional roles preferredWhy Join Us: Help shape the future workforce of a mission-driven organization Partner with leaders across the business on strategic hiring initiatives.
