North Texas Sales Representative

The position requires travel to various locations in North Texas and internationally for coordination of projects and manufacturing that are in various stages of completion. It may also require coordinating projects won. The position requires applicants to be self‑sufficient, motivated and outgoing. Please note: Only applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher will be considered. Required Bachelor’s Degree North Texas Resident Self‑Motivated Excellent Speaking and Listening Skills Specific Job Duties Generate and manage equipment and parts sales in North Texas. Assist in the design of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants and all ancillary process equipment to prepare budget proposals, support design drawings, specifications, bids and startup of projects. Use your knowledge and experience to assist clients, including Engineering Firms, Cities and Municipalities, Contractors, and Manufacturers of Equipment. Maintain a database of sales leads and contact dates. Maintain website access to client purchasing portals and consistently review for project postings and updates. Possibly coordinate projects from bids through submittals and equipment startups. Review specifications and assemble an equipment matrix for each project in your portfolio. Assist with commissioning, startup, and witnessing testing of equipment at factories (overseas travel may be required). Prepare technical lunch‑and‑learn presentations that may be in person or via teleconference. Host/attend various marketing pursuits and seminars across the assigned territory. Attend various Trade Shows and Events to network within the territory and overseas as needed. Understand and work within project budgets. Preferred BS in Engineering EIT with BS in Engineering and emphasis in water & wastewater BA in Business, Finance, Marketing or Sales Sales experience (not required but preferred) Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
