Security Systems Foreman-Fire Alarm

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Installation Foreman to oversee the installation and maintenance of security and communication systems. The role requires leading field technicians and ensuring work is completed in accordance with project standards, codes, and specifications. Salary: $35 - $45 per hour Job Details Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Days: Monday–Friday Company car will be provided. Travel to local commercial businesses during working hours. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics. Apply applicable local, state, and federal codes. Lead installations of access control, CCTV, security, and voice & data systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Train and guide junior team members on service, repair, and installation procedures. Coordinate daily schedules and direct team activities to ensure productivity and timely completion of tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in fire alarm, intrusion alarm, access control, CCTV, and/or NEC systems. Minimum of five years’ experience in security, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Effective problem‑resolution skills and strong attention to detail. Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements. High school diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
