Jij maakt het verschil in payroll wij in jouw loopbaan Wij zijn op zoek naar een Payroll Specialist die de volledige payrollvoorbereiding en loonadministratie voor onze arbeiders en bedienden beheert. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens die de loonverwerking beïnvloeden correct, volledig en tijdig verwerkt worden en bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatieve loonverwerking. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de HR Business Partner, het sociaal secretariaat en de interne planning en organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Payroll & loonadministratie Je beheert de volledige payrollvoorbereiding voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden Je verwerkt alle gegevens die een impact hebben op de loonverwerking, zoals in- en uitdiensttredingen, contractwijzigingen, afwezigheden, ziekte, verlof, tijdsregistratie, uurroosters, opleidingen, premies en vergoedingen Je controleert dagelijks de tijdsregistraties, prikkingen en afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct verwerkt worden voor de loonberekening Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking van arbeiders (PC 124 en PC 149.01) en bedienden (PC 200) in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat Je controleert de loonberekeningen en signaleert of corrigeert afwijkingen Je beheert de personeelsdossiers en zorgt voor Je verzorgt de sociale documenten en administratieve verplichtingen die voortvloeien uit de loonadministratie Sociale & personeelsadministratie Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers over loon, afwezigheden en sociale wetgeving Je beheert aanwezigheidsregistratie en rapporteert onregelmatigheden Je onderhoudt contacten met externe dienstverleners en partners Je coördineert de administratieve opvolging van opleidingen, onderend Optimalisatie & expertise Je volgt evoluties in sociale wetgeving en payroll actief op en staat in voor de correcte en consequente toepassing en handhaving hiervan binnen de organisatie Je neemt initiatief om payroll- en personeelsprocessen verder te optimaliseren en te digitaliseren, en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de HR Business Partner, planning en andere interne stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
