Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Senior Line Cooks who prepare high-quality meals while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role requires a strong culinary background and the ability to mentor junior staff, making it ideal for those looking to advance their culinary careers in a supportive environment.

How you will make an impact:

• Work with a dining team that makes a difference in our residents' lives every day.
• Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station.
• Use your culinary talents to prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction.

• Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years full service cooking experience is required.
• Supervisory and coaching skills, experience preferred.
