Transactions Specialist IV

As a Transactions Specialist IV within JPMorgan Chase, you will manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, and maintain transaction processes. You will coach and mentor junior team members and apply artificial intelligence and automation to optimize transaction operations. Responsibilities Process, clear, and service transactions while adhering to established procedures and maintaining high-quality standards. Utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance transaction processes and improve customer experience. Resolve non‑routine transactional issues using policies and procedures and by collaborating with other departments. Provide coaching and mentoring to junior roles to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market products, industry practices, and regulations to support smooth operation of transaction management. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in transaction management (processing, clearing, servicing, settling). Demonstrated ability to apply artificial intelligence and automation technologies in a transactional environment. Strong communication skills and experience in conflict management, coaching, and mentoring junior personnel. Developing proficiency in market products, industry practices, and regulations. Ability to handle non‑routine transactional issues and devise solutions using policies and procedures. High school diploma or GED required. Physical requirements: sit up to 95% of the time, stand up to 10%, lift up to 5% of time and up to 50 pounds, walk up to 10% of time. Security Clearance Requirement A Government Security Clearance, including Public Trust clearance, is required for this position. The selected candidate must complete a comprehensive background screening, which may include: Fingerprints Credit check Proof of U.S. citizenship (passport, certificate of naturalization, or birth certificate) Verification of employment, education, criminal record, and tax filing history References and information on relatives, including citizenship Travel and residence history (7 years) Government interview completion and favorable background investigation Other verifications mandated by federal requirements Employment is contingent upon meeting all clearance requirements and maintaining the clearance.
