Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate AP records and documentation

Invoicing

Generate and distribute customer invoices
Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts
Ensure billing accuracy and maintain customer account records

Month-End Close

Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Prior accounting experience in a Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
