Job Summary:

We're seeking caring, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team! As a Personal Care Assistant with SYNERGY HomeCare of Medina, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals needing support by providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and personalized care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines while promoting independence

• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and support a safe home environment

• Provide medication reminders and encouragement for healthy habits

• Offer reliable transportation assistance for errands or appointments if needed

• Bring kindness, patience, and positive energy into every visit — because your presence matters

Requirements:

• Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn

• 18 years or older with reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background screening

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Previous caregiving or personal care experience is a plus, but not required
