Position Overview

Sterling Personnel is looking for a Patient Coordinator for our client located in Corpus Christi, Tx. In this role you will be responsible in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment while supporting daily administrative and patient-facing operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate patient registration, scheduling, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients using Phreesia and eClinicalWorks systems
• Collect co-pays and patient payments; process transactions accurately
• Check out patients following appointments and schedule follow-ups as needed
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments, including new patients, procedures, and follow-ups
• Confirm next-day appointments with patients
• Scan and upload patient documents into eClinicalWorks and or Phressia
• Prepare and organize paperwork for upcoming appointments
• Balance and reconcile daily collections
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming front office environment

Requirements:
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Phreesia, eClinicalWorks, or similar EMR systems preferred
• Basic computer and administrative skills
