Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with federal and state standards.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team aimed at enhancing child development.
\n
• Provide families with insightful support, resources, and strategies tailored to their child’s unique developmental needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to design and recommend interventions that foster children’s skill acquisition.
\n
• Engage effectively with children, families, and team members, building rapport to create a supportive and conducive learning atmosphere.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards to maintain the health and safety of clients and staff.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• One year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
