About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients. This includes performing facials and other aesthetic procedures. If you have a passion for skincare and beauty, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to help clients look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to: dermal fillers, lip flips, face lifts, HydroFacials, IV therapy, and microneedling. Assess client's skin condition thoroughly & accurately, and recommend appropriate treatments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client's concerns and aesthetic goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in skin care and aesthetics, while maintaining certification. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products for at-home use. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Minimum Requirements Must have 2 years minimum experience as an Esthetician, 3+ years preferred. Licensed Esthetician from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. Knowledge of various aesthetic medical procedures, such as skin care analysis/assessments to identify problems and solutions. Familiarity with our skincare products and their benefits, i.e. Alastin, Skin Better, etc. brand product lines. Excellent customer service skills to recommend and sell a variety of skin treatments & products based on their specific needs. Strong attention-to-detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes client sessions during evenings or weekends.
