Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our client. This job is responsible for maintaining production equipment and facility systems in a clean, climate-controlled electronics manufacturing environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Set up, align, and calibrate production equipment
• Perform facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building repairs
• Fabricate or modify machine parts using shop equipment
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
• Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
• Maintain maintenance inventory and assist with ordering parts

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of industrial, electromechanical, SMT, or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience reading schematics and blueprints
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
