As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law). You know what it takes to be in the smile - making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

• Minimum of 1 year consecutive experience with the same company as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced food service environment,
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Professional References required
• Dunkin experience a Plus
• Desire to grow into General Manager preferred
