Premier Subaru of Fremont is looking for Automotive Sales Manager What We Offer Competitive compensation plan: A Sales Manager (working full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between $72,000 to 140,000+ (with base pay, commissions, and bonuses) annually with all things being equal. Employee Programs for referral bonus, vehicle acquisition, and automotive purchases Responsibilities Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process. Establish trust among customers to establish a strong network of clientele and prospects. Managing all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals. Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth. Hire, motivate and monitor the performance of the team. Coach sales team to maximize guest satisfaction. Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement. Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes. Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations. Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance. Qualifications 3 years Automotive dealership management experience. Shown success in auto retail sales. Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others. Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient at operating personal computers including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and Word. CDK Dealer Services Experience a plus. Elead or another CRM Application is a must. Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment. Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability. Organization and follow-up skills Experience and desire to work with technology. High School diploma or equivalent Clean driving record and valid driver's license Pay Scale The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Compensation of $72,000 per year. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value, or the number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 to $10,000 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 to $2,000(if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
